Mr. Saylor has 30+ years experience working for IRS in technical, management and senior leadership positions. Financial valuations of businesses are completed for a variety of reasons including, buy sell agreements, litigation support, estates and ESOPs. TSG also specializes in valuations of intellectual property including: patents, proprietary technology, trademarks/names and licensing agreements. Economic Analysis Services include transfer-pricing studies, business forecasting, royalty rate determinations, asset impairment and infringement damages. Tax Controversy Services cover the full range of domestic and international tax examination and compliance issues including cross-border transactions.
